Weekly Classes
Living life today can be so busy and full-on, it’s almost as if every hour and every minute of the day is accounted for and scheduled. If this sounds familiar, plan a little time out for YOU to reconnect with YOU.
You’ll find me teaching classes in Buckinghamshire or online 5 days a week. Classes are offered at varied times, so you should find something to fit your schedule. I also offer private 1:1 or small group sessions.

Can I join as a beginner?
Unless otherwise stated, classes are ‘open level’ so anyone can come along, even complete beginners. They are designed in such a way that there will always be something to challenge you, no matter how experienced you are.
And besides, we always practice yoga with ‘a beginners mind’.

Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre is an elite sporting venue and centre of excellence. Providing world class facilities to both local and international sports clubs and organisations, and the local community.
Riversdale Lodge
Wooburn Green, Bourne End, Buckinghamshire, SL8 5EB
Our class venue is a magical oasis, resting on the banks of the Thames. Classes may take place in the outdoor practice area by the river in summer months, weather permitting. We move to the beautiful, spacious indoor studio for the chillier months.

Monday
12-1pm
Mack Yoga
at Bisham Abbey
These classes are a little oasis in your day – a total break away from whatever you were doing to come back to what it means to be in your body and to breathe and move. My signature style is somatic and often playful, sometimes using props.

1-1.30pm
Mindfulness Meditation
at Bisham Abbey
Each class involves a settling in and short teaching, followed by a 15-20 minute guided meditation and then a few minutes for Q&A. It is suitable for anyone and everyone.

Tuesday 10-11am
Mack Yoga: Focus
at Bisham Abbey
This class often has a particular focus, such as understanding one pose more thoroughly, or paying special attention parts of the body, e.g. hips, lower back, feet, shoulders etc.

Wednesday 6.30-7.45pm
Slow Flow Yoga
at Riversdale Lodge
These classes are flowing and playful and are designed to improve overall mobility and sustain a range of movement throughout life.
Not suitable for complete beginners.

Breathe, Move, Relax
at Bisham Abbey
The 90 minute class allows for more time to explore things thoroughly which includes meditation and breathwork, as well as having a proper savasana!

Private 1:1, family or small group sessions
I also offer private yoga sessions which are tailored to your personal needs and goals. This is a great option if:
- you’re a beginner to yoga looking for more support as you start your journey
- you have specific needs, not met in group classes
- you’d like a more personal approach to advance your practice
Sessions are usually 1:1 but small group sessions can be delivered if you’d like a private class with family, friends or colleagues. I offer these private classes online or in-person.
