Mack Yoga is a trading name of Fiona Mack. Mack Yoga offers yoga classes, wellbeing sessions, workshops, retreats and related events.

Email Updates (MailerLite)

Mack Yoga uses MailerLite as its email marketing platform. When you sign up to receive newsletters or updates, we collect your name, email address and your consent to receive occasional news, class updates or event invitations. If you book an event, class or retreat, we may occasionally contact you by email about similar upcoming sessions or related offerings. You can opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting us directly to request removal of your information.

MailerLite also provides basic engagement information, such as whether emails are opened and which links are clicked. This helps us understand what content is most useful and improve future communications. Your data is stored securely within MailerLite’s systems and processed in accordance with their privacy policy.

Event Bookings (Calendly)

We use Calendly to manage bookings for classes, workshops and events. When you make a booking through Calendly, we receive the information you provide such as your name, email address, telephone number and any relevant information you choose to share about your health or participation. Calendly processes your data in accordance with its own privacy policy and secure systems.

Payments

Payments for classes or events are typically made by bank transfer. In this case, limited payment information, such as your name and payment reference, may be visible through the banking system in order to confirm payment. Mack Yoga does not collect or store bank card details.

If you book classes where the venue collects payment, please contact the venue directly for information about how they process payments.
