This class is a ‘slow flow’ to wind down from the week with more attention to philosophy, pranayama and restorative yoga and is suitable for all levels. (Go on do it – leave work early!)

Did you ever go to a yoga class where everyone seemed to know what they were doing except you?  I was there once too!  So join me in a ‘workshop style’ yoga adventure and I promise it will be fun.

Together we will explore the following;

  • What is Yoga?
  • Step by step guide to understanding how YOUR body moves
    Realising why the breath is so important and how to breathe with more vitality
  • How and why meditation is an integral and essential aspect of a yoga practice
  • Introduction to the ethics and philosophy of yoga
