I am using ZOOM as the platform for running the livestream sessions. All you will need to do is download the App, you don’t even have to set up your own account if you don’t want to. Join the class 10 minutes before the start so we have a chance to faff around with the settings and make sure that the picture and volume are clear.
Monday Evening: 18:30 – 19:45pm
This class is designed to build strength, mobility and balance and is often quite dynamic. It is suitable for everyone except complete beginners. Please make me aware if you are pregnant.
Wednesday – Midweek Mindfulness

18:00 – 18:30pm
These sessions are focussed on helping you to develop a regular mindfulness practice. The structure will be some information and teaching followed by a 10-15-minute practice with a short time for discussion and questions. Attendees will have access to recorded meditations to help build a regular practice. Suitable for everyone.
Friday 17:00 –18:15pm
Enjoy a ‘slow flow’ to help you wind down from the week. There is no need to rush anything. Grab your cushion and blanket and find your way to inner peace. Suitable for everyone. Please make me aware if you are pregnant.
Sunday Morning 10:30 – 12:00
This class is structured in a way that allows us to consider some yoga philosophy and pranayama/meditation together with an extended asana practice so that you leave feeling nourished inside and out. It is suitable for everyone except complete beginners. Please make me aware if you are pregnant.
