These classes are designed to build strength, mobility and balance and are suitable for all levels except complete beginners.
Friday Afternoons 4:45pm – 6pm
This class is a ‘slow flow’ to wind down from the week with more attention to philosophy, pranayama and restorative yoga and is suitable for all levels. (Go on do it – leave work early!)

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Thought about trying yoga, but didn’t know how or where to start?
Did you ever go to a yoga class where everyone seemed to know what they were doing except you? I was there once too! So join me in a ‘workshop style’ yoga adventure and I promise it will be fun.
Together we will explore the following;
- What is Yoga?
- Step by step guide to understanding how YOUR body moves
Realising why the breath is so important and how to breathe with more vitality
- How and why meditation is an integral and essential aspect of a yoga practice
- Introduction to the ethics and philosophy of yoga
PRIVATE YOGA TUITION
These can be organised on request and can be useful if you have a particular need. Some people like to do this if they are recovering from a particular injury or need rehabilitation.
